I offer both face-to-face and online sessions.
Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £60.
Longer sessions are available and charged on a pro-rata basis.
I offer a free introductory call of up to 30 minutes. This gives us an opportunity to talk briefly about what brings you to therapy, for you to ask any questions and for us to see whether working together feels like a good fit. There's no obligation to book a session afterwards.
I offer face-to-face sessions in Forest Row, East Sussex, as well as online sessions.
